  • 800g frozen prawns,
  • 2 onions, peeled and chopped with the rod,
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped,
  • 1 carrot peeled and cut into small cubes,
  • 1 chopped chilli,
  • 250 g of noodles,
  • 200g shelled peas,
  • ginger root,
  • 1 bunch coriander,
  • 500 g of coconut milk,
  • Sesame oil,
  • black pepper.

Duck a l’Orange Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • A whole duck about 2.5-3 kg,
  • a few sprigs of fresh rosemary (or a tablespoon of dry one),
  • a few sprigs of fresh thyme (or a tablespoon dry one),
  • 1-1 ½ orange (or blood orange even better),
  • 8 cloves of garlic,
  • 2 medium-sized onions peeled and cut into quarters,
  • 2 stalks celery cut in large pieces,
  • 3 carrots cut in pieces,
  • 1 bay leaf,
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper,
  • 2 tbsp plain flour,
  • one tbsp honey and 1/2 cup of orange juice,
  • potatoes and carrots for the side dish.

  • 2 tomatoes, blended
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 small pumpkin
  • 3/4 ground meat (beef-if there’s no allergy, pork, chicken…)
  • parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 small carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp dry or fresh mint
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2-2 1/2 handfuls of basmati rice
  • salt & pepper
