- ½ vanilla pod,
- 2 cups rice or almond milk,
- 1 ½ cup coconut whipping cream,
- 3 egg yolks,
- 1 cup granulated sugar,
- 2 tsp licorice granules or 3 teaspoons of licorice powder,
- 1 ½ cup cherry and blackcurrant puree,
- 6 licorice roots.
Just substitute the gelatin with agar-agar for a vegan version!! 🙂
Make these, not only beautiful but also very artistic, I would rather say, ice bowls and serve in them anything chilled, from cold fruit soups and gazpacho to ice cream!!
