Dairy & Gluten Free Apple Crumble



  • 3-4 apples,
  • 70g rice flour,
  • 60g vegetable margarine, or unmelted coconut oil,
  • 60g sugar,
  • 60 g ground almonds
  • cinnamon.


  1. Peel and dice apples. Place them in the pan and dust with ground cinnamon.
  2. In a bowl, cut the margarine or coconut oil  into pieces and add the rice flour, sugar, and ground almonds.
  3. Work with your fingertips. Add the sablé dough above apples.
  4. Put in the oven at 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes, depending on your mold.
