Dairy-Free Crepes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 large organic eggs,
  • 250 g of wheat flour,
  • 500 ml of almond milk,
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil,
  • 1 pinch of salt.


Preparation:

1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
2. Add flour gradually while beating. Then add the warm milk gradually, whisking well in order to have a smooth batter. Add salt and oil as well.
3. Grease a frying pan and heat it over medium heat. When it is hot, put a ladle of batter, move the pan to cover the bottom with the batter, and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
4. Repeat with the remaining batter.

You can flavor the batter with orange flower water, a little rum or vanilla.
