Pineapple Vanilla Jam



  • 2 pineapples (about 250-300grs flesh final),
  • 125grs cane brown sugar,
  • 1 vanilla pod.



  1. Peel and dice the pineapples  (remove heart and eyes).
  2. In a saucepan, pour the diced  pineapple along  with the sugar and vanilla beans.
  3. Cook for about 25 minutes over low heat, stirring regularly until pineapple gets translucent and the jam golden.
