Ingredients:
- 2 pineapples (about 250-300grs flesh final),
- 125grs cane brown sugar,
- 1 vanilla pod.
Preparation:
- Peel and dice the pineapples (remove heart and eyes).
- In a saucepan, pour the diced pineapple along with the sugar and vanilla beans.
- Cook for about 25 minutes over low heat, stirring regularly until pineapple gets translucent and the jam golden.
