Now that summer is just around the corner, all we want is something chilled and fruity. Even better if it’s vegan and sugar-free!! 🙂
Ingredients: (For about 7-8 units)
- 360 gr. rice and coconut milk,
- 150 gr. raspberries (fresh or frozen),
- 45 gr. agave syrup,
- 25 gr. shredded coconut.
- Put all the ingredients in your mixer bowl and grind a few seconds, until a smooth texture.
- Pour into molds for poles, and freeze at least for 6-8 hours, or even better overnight.
