Raspberry & Coconut Popsicles

Now that summer is just around the corner, all we want is something chilled and fruity. Even better if it’s vegan and sugar-free!! 🙂

Polos de coco y frambuesa

Ingredients: (For about 7-8 units)

  • 360 gr. rice and coconut milk,
  • 150 gr. raspberries (fresh or frozen),
  • 45 gr. agave syrup,
  • 25 gr. shredded coconut.

Preparation:

  1. Put all the ingredients in your mixer bowl  and grind a few seconds, until a smooth texture.
  2. Pour into molds for poles, and freeze  at least for 6-8 hours, or even better overnight.
