Raspberry Mousse


Here’s a super simple recipe to make for the sunny days: raspberry mousse! It’s vegan and gluten-free, so it will fit good for a lot of diets. For a no soy version, use almond cream or oatmeal, instead.


  • 2 glasses of soy cream,
  • 2 glasses frozen raspberry,
  • 2 g agar-agar powder,
  • 1/2 glass brown sugar.



1.Start by mixing raspberries with cream and sugar, like this:mousseframboise5

2. When a smooth mixture obtained, transfer to a saucepan and ย addย the agar powder, gently stirring with a whisk.

3.Bring to a boil and stir for about 2 minutes.

4.Put the mixture in small pots, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
