a few fresh basil leaves,
some pine nuts,
a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
- Rinse strawberries under water, remove stalks and cut into slices not too thick.
- Arrange them on a nice plate!
- Sprinkle chopped fresh basil over strawberry carpaccio, add some pine nuts lightly crushed with a pestle and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
- Add a little fresh ground black pepper.
- Serve cool.
PS: you can replace the pine nuts with pistachios and serve with a scoop of ice cream with vanilla!!! nom-nom….
