- 1 medium-sized beetroot,
- some lamb’s lettuce,
- 2 small shallots,
- salt and freshly ground pepper,
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar,
- 2 tbsp walnut oil.
- Peel beetroot and grate.
- Wash the lamb’s lettuce, dry them gently.
- Peel the shallots and chop them. Wash and chop chives.
- Prepare the dressing: mix the vinegar and oil, salt and pepper.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.
