Apple & Almond-butter Panini

Sometimes all you want is a warm and comfort panini!! This one is dairy-free, of course, vegan and will remind you of the taste of apple pie!!!

All you gonna need is:

  • Two slices of fine bread (I used mine),
  • almond butter,
  • some thin apple slices,
  • cinnamon dust,
  • icing sugar (optional).

What you have to do:

  1. Spread almond butter over the first slice of bread.
  2. Add the apple slices and dust above with cinnamon.
  3. Add one teaspoon of almond butter above the apples and cover with the second slice of bread.
  4. Put it in a panini press or a toaster  and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Dust with some more cinnamon and some icing sugar.
