Sometimes all you want is a warm and comfort panini!! This one is dairy-free, of course, vegan and will remind you of the taste of apple pie!!!
All you gonna need is:
- Two slices of fine bread (I used mine),
- almond butter,
- some thin apple slices,
- cinnamon dust,
- icing sugar (optional).
What you have to do:
- Spread almond butter over the first slice of bread.
- Add the apple slices and dust above with cinnamon.
- Add one teaspoon of almond butter above the apples and cover with the second slice of bread.
- Put it in a panini press or a toaster and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Dust with some more cinnamon and some icing sugar.
