Crunchy & Cheesy Dairy Free Crisps


Well, your kid is old enough and already knows that the other kids eat Cheetos and things like these…. And starts to ask questions….. And even worse, wants to try them out…. What do you do?

Try out this healthy protein-full, dairy, gluten and sugar-free snack, and you will be amazed by the result. 🙂


  • 3 egg whites,
  • a pinch of salt,
  • a few lemon drops,
  • paprika,
  • nutritional yeast.


  1. Beat the egg whites, together with the salt and lemon drops, until you get a tight meringue.
  2. Place spoonfuls of this meringue over baking paper.
  3. Spread over with sweet paprika powder and nutritional yeast… that’s what gonna make them cheesy.. 🙂20150919_201402
  4. Bake on air at 225 F (100 C) degrees for about 1 1/4 hours, or until completely dry.

You can put other spices, like turmeric, oregano, garlic…. whatever you like!!

You can never guess that it’s made by eggs!!!! ❤
