One Smoothie For Each Day: 8 Easy Recipes that You will Adore!

There is nothing more refreshing and healthy for those hot days than a delicious smoothie, which will provide you the necessary vitamins, boost your immune system, without the risk of unnecessary calories. I chose eight different smoothies,  so experiment to find the ones that suit you, and make each day have its own distinct flavor.

Blueberry, Cranberry, and Banana Smoothie: Blend half a cup of blueberries, ¼ cup of cranberry juice, two bananas and 3-4 ice cubes.

Banana and Strawberry Smoothie: Blend  a medium-sized banana with five strawberries, almond milk and three ice cubes.

GourmetSmoothie : Blend a cup of almond milk with vanilla taste, a banana, a chopped carrot, 1/2 tablespoon of flaxseed, one teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger, 1/8 teaspoon of cloves, one tablespoon of coconut crumb and four ice cubes.

Melon and watermelon Smoothie: Blend 200 gr of dairy-free yogurt, 400 gr of melon, 200 gr of watermelon and one tablespoon of honey.

Extra Energy Smoothie: Mix a cup of coconut milk, a banana, a tablespoon of coconut oil, two tablespoons of chia seeds and one tablespoon of ginger.

Apple Smoothie: Blend an apple with 100 gr of dairy-free yoghurt, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon and serve with ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, two tablespoons of almond milk and 4-5 ice cubes.

Peach Smoothie: Blend three cups of dairy-free yoghurt along with three cups of frozen almond milk, six chopped peaches. Add ½ cup of water and two tablespoons of sugar (optional).

Bonus Smoothie: For those chocolate craving days, ground twenty hazelnuts, add four tablespoons unsweetened cocoa, 2-3 ripe bananas and two cups  almond milk, and will offer to your body a delicious smoothie with magnificent chocolate taste with few calories.
