Golden & Crispy Banana Chips


Sweet or salty? …It’s up to you!!


  • 2 l of oil
  • 2 green bananas
  • Sea salt to taste


For the Salty Version:

Step one:  Peel the bananas and slice them with a mandolin (vegetable peeler), into thin slivers.

Step two:   Heat oil to 160 degrees, fry the bananas by immersion, until crispy and golden.

Step three:   Sprinkle sea salt to taste and serve.

For the Sweet Version:

Just replace the sea salt with icing sugar.
