Swiss Roll with Chocolate Filling

  • 6 eggs,
  • ½ cup of honey,
  • ⅓ cup of coconut flour,
  • ¼ cup of cocoa
  • ½ tsp of  baking soda.
  • For the chocolate  filling:
  • 1 peeled avocado, ripe (about 150 gr),
  • 60 gr of honey,
  • 20 gr of cocoa powder,
  • 3 tsp of orange zest,
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • 1/2 cup of strawberry jam

Quindim: Individual Mouth-melting Coconut Flan Cakes


A Brazilian dessert for the coconut lovers, like me!!! Found it in this blog and replaced only the butter with coconut oil.


  • 30 g of coconut oil,
  • 240 g of water,
  • 240 g of caster sugar,
  • 120 g egg yolks,
  • 90 g of coconut,
  • 120 g of beaten eggs,
  • a little brown sugar and coconut oil for the mold,
  • lime zest (optional).
