Avocado Mayonnaise

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 of a small onion (optional)
  • 1/4 cup. olive oil
  •  juice of 1-2 lemons
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 orange pepper
  • Himalayan salt
  • white pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp. of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. tablespoon crushed mustard seeds


  1. Blend together all the ingredients, except avocado, until creamy.
  2. Add the ripe avocados and mix until combined.
  3. Put in fridge for an hour, or until chilled.
  4. Ready.

    1. It could last perfectly for a week or so, lemon surely helps. The max we have kept it is three days…. then it’s gone!!! We love it!! Make half a dose if you think that you will not consume it within a week, though. 😊


      1. Thanks for the info and great idea on making half. I would have to try it first as I am not an avocado fan, but my husband loves ’em. Just not sure he could eat that much on his sandwiches over a week.
