When making  homemade pizza dough replace water with the same amount of stock to achieve more flavor and nutrition.

  1. But only real stock. Not shop stock. Spooky you should post this today I teach Catalonian children and today they were telling me that when they make pizza dough they use beer. Alcohol evaporates at 70 degrees so thats not a problem. Will do a taste test and compare the two!
