- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- roasted almonds, chopped
- caster sugar
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 C.
- Mix the three first ingredients together.
- Add the roasted almonds.
- Divide dough in small little balls.
- Place balls 1 inch apart on parchment paper-lined baking sheets and press them a little.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
- Snow them with the caster sugar while hot and let stand out of the oven on baking sheet for 5 minutes.
