- 125 gr all-purpose flour
- 1 yolk
- 50 gr caster sugar
- 100 gr coconut oil, unmelted
- 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- Preheat oven on 350 F degrees (180 C).
- Mix all ingredients together (hands work only).
- Roll into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheets.
- Flatten each ball with a fork.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until cookies begin to brown. Do not over-bake.
- Let cool on wire rack.
