Olive, Basil & Oregano Little Breads

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 – 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup olives, sliced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • salt


Preparation

  1. Mix flour, salt and baking soda together.
  2. Add eggs and almond milk and whisk.
  3. Add olives and herbs and set aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven on 375 degrees (190 C).
  5. Place paper baking cups in muffin tins (makes 12) and grease.
  6. Pour into the mixture and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
