- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 – 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup olives, sliced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- Mix flour, salt and baking soda together.
- Add eggs and almond milk and whisk.
- Add olives and herbs and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven on 375 degrees (190 C).
- Place paper baking cups in muffin tins (makes 12) and grease.
- Pour into the mixture and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
