Easy Gluten-free Choco Muffins

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 120 gr coconut oil
  • 150 gr raw cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup honey


Preparation

  1. Preheat oven at 425 degrees (220 C).
  2. Beat eggs until fluffy.
  3. Add rest ingredients and whisk.
  4. Pour mixture into greased baking tins.
  5. Bake muffins for about 20-25 minutes, or until they rise and begin to pop.
