Pizzicken!!!! Gluten-free, protein-full chicken pizza



  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1 big tomato
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • oregano
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • oregano oil (optional)


  1. Wash the chicken fillets, dry with a paper towel and place on a plate.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350-degree (180 c).

  3. Grease a baking dish with 2-3 tbsp of olive oil, or just use a greaseproof baking paper instead, and place the fillets.

  4. Sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper.
  5. Cut the vegetables into thin slices and place them on top of the fillets.
  6. Season with oregano  and apply a half of tbsp olive oil per fillet.
  7. Bake for thirty to forty-five minutes or until the fillets are golden and crusty, and the insides are no longer pink.
  8. Serve seasoned with oregano oil.
  9. Note: You can add mushrooms, eggplants, olives,  asparagus, zucchini…. whatever you like!!! Great-great-great seasoned with oregano oil.
