Avoca-Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 big ripe and peeled avocado
  • 40 gr honey
  • 30 gr cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)


Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until well combined and smooth. Pour into serving glasses.
  2. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  3. Garnish with fresh fruit or chopped nuts.
