- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 C.
- Mix all ingredients together (hands or with an electric mixer….. I prefer hands).
- Divide dough in small little balls.
- Place balls 1 inch apart on parchment paper-lined baking sheets and press them a little.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until edges begin to brown; let stand out of the oven on baking sheet 5 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
